Warranty and Returns

Hardware warranty

• 12 months on all hardware from the delivery date
• Installing OpenWrt (by us or by you) does not void our warranty
• Covered: hardware faults under normal use. Not covered: physical damage, water damage, power surges, or modifications to the hardware

Dead on arrival

• If a device does not work on arrival, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it, including shipping both ways

Returns

• Unused hardware in its original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty
• Refunds are issued to a cryptocurrency address you provide, in the same coin, for the order amount in USD at the time of the refund

Services

• Services can be cancelled for a full refund before work starts. Once work has started, completed parts are not refundable.

• Email us with your order number and a short description (photos or a screenshot help). We answer within one business day.
