Shipping and Delivery

Processing time

• In-stock hardware ships within 2 business days
• Pre-flashed or pre-configured devices ship within 2–4 business days, after testing
• Kits and custom configurations: we confirm the schedule by email after your order

Shipping cost

• Flat rate of $15 per order, free on hardware orders of $199 or more
• Services do not need shipping

Tracking

• You receive an email with the carrier and tracking number when your order ships; it also appears on your order page

Customs and duties

• International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country; these are paid by the recipient

Address problems

• Please double-check your address and phone number. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, re-shipping is charged at cost.
