Ordering and payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

USDT and USDC (several networks), Bitcoin and Monero, on our own payment page. The exact amount and address are shown after you choose a coin.

Do I need an account?

No. Your order is linked to your email address. Use "Find my order" to get a link to all your orders by email.

How long do I have to pay?

Your items are reserved while the order waits for payment; the deadline is shown on the order page.

Devices

Can I keep the manufacturer's firmware?

Yes. Routers are offered with stock firmware or pre-flashed with OpenWrt, and pre-flashed routers keep a backup of the factory firmware.

Will it work with my internet provider?

OpenWrt works with fibre (via your ONT/modem), cable and DSL modems, PPPoE, DHCP, VLAN-tagged connections and IPv6. Tell us your provider in the order note and we configure it before shipping.

How do I get updates?

OpenWrt updates are installed from the web interface (System → Attended Sysupgrade or Backup / Flash Firmware). The Network Care plan includes updates done for you.

Wi-Fi

Mesh or AC + AP?

If you can run network cables to the access points, choose AC + AP: it is faster and more stable. If you cannot, mesh gives whole-home coverage without new cables.

How many access points do I need?

As a rule of thumb, one ceiling AP per 80–120 m² per floor, more with concrete walls. Our design service gives you an exact plan.
